"Awful Experience"
My relatives sent me cash from the USA to Mexico. It's been five business days, and still nothing. They received the funds, but they’re holding it up indefinitely. My family is now attempting to cancel the transaction, but they’re just getting the runaround. It's super frustrating. This was my first time using this service, and it’ll definitely be the last. If you need a quick transfer, look elsewhere because this place will take ages. They don’t process transfers on Saturdays or Sundays, so now I’m stuck waiting until Monday.
